    Wow,

Can you believe it has been one year today since WAR first opened its gates to the world? It’s been a heck of a journey. We’ve made a number of changes, but you have only seen the tip of the iceberg on how we intend to improve your experience. Together, with your feedback, we’ll continue to work to make WAR an even better game as we head into the future!

The past 365 days have provided many challenges and triumphs and, as we prepare for 1.3.2 and beyond, we’re aiming to hit the issues that matter the most to you. In addition to the four new careers, numerous Live Events, the medallion system, Keep upgrades, city siege improvements, and other new features, we’re now turning our focus to improving balance, performance, and the Tier 4 game play experience. In addition, we’re looking at improving the new-player experience and taking the pain out of the campaign by amping up Fortress runs and making them something to look forward to.

The anniversary celebrations continue through this month, and don’t miss this weekend’s Gates of Ekrund event! 1.3.2 will be coming to the PTS in the coming weeks, so expect to hear a lot more information about the exciting changes we have in store!

On behalf of the entire team at Mythic Entertainment and EA, thank you for your support and I look forward to celebrating this day with all of you for many years to come…WAAAGH!!!

    See you on the battlefield,
    Jeff Hickman
