[WAR Herald] Player Advisory - CS RvR Weapon Support

    Customer support is currently receiving a high amount of appeals regarding the implemented solution to the recent issues with the RvR weapon system.

    If you were amongst those affected by the issue with the revoking of the Tome unlocks, please refer to the email you have received regarding this issue. For those players who are appealing regarding the “Faded Memory” trash loot items which were acquired due to illegitimate currency gains, we will not be exchanging these for any form of RvR currency, so we ask that you please discontinue your appeals regarding these items.

    If you have recently purchased an RvR weapon or trophy after the recent fixes and are still experiencing issues with the unlock allowing you to progress to the next level of RvR Currency, please file an in game appeal and Customer Support will address it as soon as possible. Please be aware that it may take up to 72 hours to respond to your appeal.
