What is going on with the billing system???

    What the hell is going on here? I have no idea why they couldn't bill my card. There was plenty of money in my account and my bank shows no record of them even trying to debit my card. Now my account is disabled and they wont let me make a payment. This happened a few months ago and i had to manually go in and make the payment. Now it wont even let me do that.

    It's been buggy for a while now. 2 more of my accounts went the same way this week. Try the time card route.

    Good luck Redxpanda! My Bank all the sudden decided there was too much fraud associated with games.... so they thought that they could just NOT allow me to use my card to buy them.... WRONG answer! I called them up and chewed them a new one telling them that I've played and paid for my freaking accounts thru them for the last 12 G.D. years and I'll be DA**ED if they were going to stop paying for it now! And if they thought they were going to tell me what I could or could not spend my hard earned dollars on then by God I was going to be finding me a new bank.

    I sure hope your bank hasn't had a similar lack of brains. At any rate my bank quickly reversed the stupid decision. I am guessing I wasn't the only "gamer" at the bank.

    Hopefully you will be back on track soon. I was able to buy Game Time codes though.... how stupid is that? Anyway. Good Luck.

    Game time is the only way to go. It's got the same options in terms of 1,3,6 months to buy and it's the exact same price as auto billing with none of this hassle to go through.

    It literally takes less than 2min to buy it and apply it. If you've got time to play uo you can take a few min to do the only safe route to ensure being able to play.

    Mine quit accepting my card, (works everywhere else) but the Crazy part is, my Wife's card on the same acct. is accepted o_O . so i just bought game-time cards and rolled with it, in case hers was hit next.

    Mine was rejected after account management change, later accepted. Automatic renewal declined for all accounts, manual renewal with the very same card works.

    We have a card like that, we were able to use it before to pay for subscription, but due to fraud reasons the bank decided to no longer allow subscriptions to be paid using it. The bank will not even show attempts, because of the way that their system does it. We can make purchases through the store to buy game-time but not pay for the subscriptions. At first I was real upset, called the bank asking why it was declined, they said their was no attempt, asked to speak to a supervisor and that is when she told me the changes to online subscriptions. I can still pay for my gym subscription, but nothing online/gaming related.
