=( what should I do to claim lost tokens?

    I key in the code, get my promotional tokens and Oceania suddenly went poof... after relogin the tokens are not there and the code no longer works...

    I am disappointed that I get an email saying they do not replace lost items instead...

    The fact is I lost my tokens due to shard crash and revert and not been able to reuse the code.

    Can someone in EA communicate with the billing department and bring to their attention that there are a few players who have this same problems and it is the servers instability that caused us to lose our tokens?

    Sigh....

    UO Customer server at it's best(typical.) You might get lucky if someone that actually cares sees this thread and takes care of it. It does happen sometimes. It happened when Wilki was our community person.

    Create a ticket at http://support.ea.com and they will be able to assist you. If there are any problems you will have a ticket number that I can follow up with. I understand most of you prefer to call in but by creating a ticket I have a way to follow up if you experience any issues.

    I created a ticket at the site you mentioned, and the reply was that they could not replace lost items.

    But I lost the items because of a shard crashed and the code engine did not allow me to re-use the same code to claim the items again...

    So does that translate into my own fault that I lost the tokens because I claimed them at the wrong timing? :(

    Chrissay from one of his above responses where he got an email back it sounds like he already did that.

    And while I'm here *pulls out soapbox* let me say, ther is way to much "We can't help you with that." I swear, change the name from customer service to something like customer frustration, or customer beatdown, or customer flogging of death, or.....

    My token's code's worked for me, but when it was in my back pack ,all of a sudden just went poof! gone! nothing nada! all three race change token's gone! but my statue token's remain? weird eh?.

    I really hope something can be done about this!.
     
  13. Id get the ticket number and send a PM to Crissay.. losing items because isnt your fault..thats a mistake on there end and they should fix it.
