What they didn't tell us.

  1. They are changing the runic sewing kits to make higher max intensities. That sounds good. But with the new stats, a spined kit with 45 uses can beat a barbed kit in terms of number of good pieces per kit. Unless...

    The range of intensities that you get might not be linear. Even if a kit gives intensities 40 to 100, it might give the low numbers almost all of the time.

    Please watch the intensities on the spined kit made items when you get a chance to try them on test center, and post the results back to this forum.

  2. Spined kits have 45 uses compared to barbed's 15 but the barb kits will have more properties. I think we'll be able to make decent training/beginning suits with spined. Cant wait to try it out.

    ya 3 mod max isnt bad for lrc luck or newb armor, but most will still prefer 5 mods. Horned runics are a little more of a thread towards brsks then spined. They can have 4 mods max.

    I did 100 spined leather caps using horned kit. There are some items:

    with luck 130 and above:
    spined leather stamina increase 6 mana regeneration 1 luck 137 physical resist 10% fire resist 5% cold resist 16% poison resist 6% energy resist 6%
    spined leather luck 130 lower reagent cost 13% physical resist 8% fire resist 6% cold resist 6% poison resist 6% energy resist 14%
    spined leather self repair 4 luck 138 lower reagent cost 12% physical resist 8% fire resist 7% cold resist 5% poison resist 6% energy resist 18%
    spined leather self repair 3 mana regeneration 2 luck 130 physical resist 8% fire resist 6% cold resist 16% poison resist 5% energy resist 6%
    spined leather luck 136 lower mana cost 4% physical resist 9% fire resist 6% cold resist 5% poison resist 5% energy resist 6%

    with LRC 18 and above:
    spined leather self repair 4 luck 40 lower reagent cost 20% physical resist 10% fire resist 5% cold resist 17% poison resist 5% energy resist 13%
    spined leather luck 40 reflect physical damage 9% lower reagent cost 20% physical resist 10% fire resist 4% cold resist 5% poison resist 14% energy resist 19%
    spined leather hit point increase 4 stamina increase 7 luck 40 lower reagent cost 19% physical resist 9% fire resist 4% cold resist 8% poison resist 7% energy resist 3%
    spined leather hit point increase 4 mana regeneration 1 luck 40 lower reagent cost 18% physical resist 9% fire resist 6% cold resist 5% poison resist 4% energy resist 7%

    I have so many of those kits and Horned kits it's crazy. I can't wait to begin using them.
