Where do Quivers of Infinity come from?

    Heritage Tokens, They usually sell for around 400k or so.

    you can probably get a quiver for 200-300k since people are now mostly using the new cloaks.

    I think you can buy a token from Uo Gamecodes.
    eta: I'm not sure about that maybe not I just looked they only had legacy tokens

    They were originally a part of the 8th anniversary items and were later released on the heritage tokens.

    They are part of the "Buy yourself a gift" program of the not-so-free-to-play game that is UO.

    Beware: Legacy tokens give

    * Charger of the Fallen
    * Hooded Shroud of Shadows
    * Full Soulstone

    Heritage tokens give access to the 7th anniversary items, the 8th anniversary items including the Quiver, and many deco items. These tokens look like little green and gold pillows.

    Actually - these were never sold independently. They were a part of the 8th anniversary package, and later the heritage tokens were given out as later years anniversary gifts.
