    On non-SP shards:

Carpentry, Tinker, Smith & tailor tools can have up to 150, when exceptional
Mining tools have 100 when exceptional (may require crafting by a GM tinker)
Fletching tools & the various pens can have up to 300. I THINK that mortar & pestle for Alchemy falls into this category as well.
Unlike SP, items used to lumberjack or cut cloth or leather (scissors, bladed weapons) do not have charges.

The SP info is actually some of the information I'm looking for someone to contribute to the FAQs.
