Who has energy to spare?

    I can really use an extra 3 hours of energy but I would settle for 2 hours, I figure with that I can at least make some kind of respectable dent in some over due chores. Oh and I need it on the cheap

    I quit smoking on new years day, and am just now recovering from the loss of my favorite stimulant. Try drinking some green tea for a lil boost, or if you don't usually excercise then try to work that in in the mornings. It can really help with your energy levels and mood. I ride an excercise bike and sometimes jog, tho I hate jogging. Trying to find a cheap place I can swim that isn't grody right now. =)

    I can try adding morning exercise, if I can get up at 5 am on a regular basis, any later and its something that will have to happen in the evenings, since the 7 month old I've started babysitting will be at my house by 630 M-F. It has been on my New Years list of things to start doing, along with a daily vitamin, etc between my 3 little guys, the other 7 month old, Kayla's and Haleigh's services for special needs, its VERY hard to find the time to do that stuff. I'm just NOW putting away Nolan's clothes from the yard sale I went to this morning.

    you don't need to go crazy with the M exercise - even a 20 minute walk/bike ride/anything to get ya going seems to help. Just make sure your getting enough sleep to begin with (which can be the hardest part) or your not going to accomplish anything.

    Youth in a bottle. Cardio, strength, flexibility, endurance, resilinece. In half the time of your "traditional" - and erroneous- western style body-sculpting.

    Why else would the spetznatz, us secret service, recon, us nucleur emergency response teams, us seals, coast guard para-rescue, mma crowd, swat, etc ad nauseum, be using them as THE hottest item on the hit parade?

    Old school/high tech amazing results- thats what they are.
