Hello EA/Mythic, could you please get a handle on your billing department. I purchased 6 months of game time from the EA store just a couple days ago. I was credited for only 3 months. I sent an email asking if this could be fixed. I got no response. I just checked my acct to see if it was corrected and saw that I now have ZERO credit. MY ACCT IS SUSPENDED!!!! WTF??????! Does anyone know an email address to get in touch with these guys. Their website question thing-a-ma jig is sorely lacking.
