Does a bonded pet still disobey commands? Even if it does, does it disobey less often than if it were unbonded?

yes they still can disobey depending on your control and there happiness level I believe
  3. Bonding doesn't effect pet control. It just means you can rez your pet after it dies. You need the proper amount of taming and lore to control pets.
