At default settings Windows task bar will stack uoassist and uo on the same button if there are lots of buttons on the bar. This can lead people to believe someone is 'double clienting' when they're actually not.

To prevent this right click the task bar, go to properties and uncheck the option 'group similar taskbar buttons'

I don't see what the big deal with 'double clienting' is. It's not illegal to 'double' client with 2 different computers and 2 accounts, so why is it a big deal with 1 computer and 2 accounts?

It isn't illegal with one computer and 2 accounts. If you use Windows fast user switching and 2 user accounts in Windows.

What's illegal is the client can't be started more than once in one windows user account without using unapproved 3rd party programs.

technically, a tool to start more than one client isnt exactly a 3rd party program as it only affects your system and not the client itself. and of course you wouldnt need a tool and could do it by hand with the necesairy know how. so looking at it from a technical side, it doesnt have to be a 3rd party program

LOL a technicality im sure you've justified in your head a hundred times.

Still doesnt make legal. but why would that stop anybody who already does worse.

dont worry, i wasnt trying to help any of your group with what you guys doing. im sure there are also tools that do more than just multi clienting. i was merely talking about starting more than one client.
