I know that even lowend tailor and smith runics can produce 100% intensity items but according to stratics this isnt the case for bowcraft & and Carpentry runics. Is this correct or is the stratics page just out of date?

    Stratics Runic property page,

    Thanks in advance

    It's correct.

It is partially because of how people were script-farming the runics in Heartwood, the devs chose to NOT alter the minimum & maximum range for properties on the two wood-working types, when they uncapped tailor & smith (and raised their bottom margins).

The other reason, more vocally given, is unlike the BOD-related runics, the two quest-given runics work a material that gives runic-like bonuses that stack with the runic properties.

But, it's fairly obvious that the relative ease for cheaters to get the saws and fletching kits played an unofficial role in them not getting the same boost as the others.
