Worldgem Bit?

I just recently stole a gem named a 'worldgem bit'. Yet a few safe minutes later I checked my bank and it was only an arcane gem. I am new, hence out of the loop. But I have seen arcane gems before labeled 'arcane gem's. Anyone know what this is about?

Yea when they use the same art for crap sometimes it doesn't always show the right thing. If I'm not mistaken the World Gem Bits are what they use to create spawn points though..
