    I just "chatted" with an online service rep that told me I should wait "4 to 6 business days" for the billing issues to be fixed on the website... If I have to wait another hour, I'm inputting my credit card info into another game to try something new. Bye. :)

    This far into the fiasco and people are *still* getting double-billed.

    Side note: I sent an email to UO support via the support link on the account site and it bounced back to me, their link has a typo in it. So anyone having to send them an email double check the address to make sure your message gets through.

    Patience is indeed the key, making remarks like this isn't going to magically motivate the billing system to work. Nobody is sitting at their desk saying "Oh man, another person in UO is threatening us with leaving, we better fix this, man!"

    They're working on it.

    Okay I'm not defending this migration mess.

    That said, I have had expirence with Accounting/Billing software. It is very

    unflexible. So it takes time to to fix a glitch or malfunction in that type of

    software. I know it completely sucks, but hang in there.

    Correcting a problem in account software is by no means an easy feat.

    Its compounded and complicated further by having to work it on after

    business hours when the system isn't in use and also the encryption software.

    Patience....That's all I can give ya.

    It's REALLY not the tech's fault. I've had multiple calls to them and one last week was nice enough to explain they weren't even trained in the new system and only have the tools to access the parts of the new Account system that WE players can.

    I was informed they haven't received the software tools to change anything right now on this new system. Tech's hands really ARE tied.


    OP: Why can't you just input that credit card info in to buy a gametime code and be happy until this is fixed? Codes were fixed Aug 25th.
