    First of all I would like to say:

    Thank You.
    Specialy Czarina, Hoffs, Borg and Sprago (the one and only)

    Secondly I would really know what your point of view is about this subject, I took screenshots of the conversation between the GM master and myself less then 1 hour before the castle would have felled.

    Third I got two accounts, and I found out that each of them had each own email. so when I tried to link all accounts to the same master account it looked like this:
    mainaccount _uo
    secondaccount uo-

    The first one is correct, the second one is incorrect, looks like I at least had a problem because both were on separate emails when I made them, Borg asked me about it. EA couldn't verify that I was the owner of both accounts. Still no respond from further conversation.
    Solution to this:
    Make a secondary master account and you will have no problem linking it. (and yes the password I had for the account i wanted to link, the second account, worked perfectly. just wouldnt allowed me to link the secondaccount with my prio master account EA).

    ok . you asked , i looked at the chat log . hmm seems he was polite and all . nothing out of the ordinary . he just couldt do anything at that point. you were past the deadline. id be more irritated in the customer service in the weeks leading up to this . (why was something that basic not found ?)

    fortunately the community knew what to do and stepped in .

    im glad we were able to help you save it .

    Haha,
    I started redecorating it this morning (4-6am)... Im in such a big need of alot of carpenter stuff and tailoring stuff (gozas in different colors)

    And I still have the gift bag for all all the guilds that helped, so if someone comes over, you can split it up into 3 and share amongst yourselves :)

    The problem is the infomation said just within 24 hours you should contact GM, I did that but he himself has a deadline less then 12 hours then nothing can be done (that doesn't say anywhere).
    I felt miss guided by the infomation that customer support provided me with and the infomation the GameMaster gave me.

    but its fortunate we got a great community that knew what to do and helped out. :)
