It`s time for me folks. I have been a shopowner all the time I have played UO. Two spots near Yew Moongate, then in Zento. And before that LS. Sometimes I think I really don`t know how to play the game, as all hunting/fishing/gardening etc goes on vendors. I have loved it. Deeply - but I think it`s time I experience other ways of playing.

Since I know myself I will probably keep one or two vendors around eventually, but they will be for this, that and the other thing. Selling in bulk whatever I should come across, so don`t toss away those runes... And should I change my mind later on, realizing running a shop is all I really can do after testing out factions for example - well , then I am going to change my mind :)

What this means is that from this moment on, everything on my vendors are ON SALE, (sans bods) at half the price. Started to pull things down now, and placing items in containers for bulk sale. If you run a shop or are currently decorating, this is your time.

When all is gone, the shop will go into deco mode. I am looking forward to be able to play around with customizing again, using all these things that now are placed right on the vendors.

I want to thank you all that have visited my shop, in Yew and in Zento. It`s been a blast serving you all on Europa. And if you want anything made, in bulk - I am still up for creating/making whatever. Just no longer the daily routine of restocking.

    *bows*

    - Serafi, a bit scared.

Sad to hear the shops closing, although I have a sneeky feeling there will always be part of a shop keeper in you. Why not visit some of the events if your not doing so already, great way to meet new people, watch some RPers and see if that appeals too, and of course have fun being part of the ongoing saga. Thers a drinking bar brawl going on tonight in the Cat's Lair opposite west brit bank thats a player run event if you want to give it a look. Always good to drop by the EM HQ about 8pm too just to see if anythings happening.

Whew! What a marathon. Yesterday morning I started out with 27 vendors, I have 5 left now. The remaining furniture I have again priced individually, and there are some other bits and bobs left. with the speed things have moved I expect to be almost empty come late evening. Tomorrow is the last day, and when I come home from work I`ll start rebuilding.

@Flame - Yeah - I think there always will be a bit of a shopkeeper in me, it will be interesting to see if I can resist the urge and not give in to the addiction that THP mentioned. I have followed the EM events on one of my other incarnations, and it`s been great fun. @eEscaflowne, Risso and Goodoljoe - thanks for the kind words.

What an adventure this will be! I hear you can build characters that are not crafters! ;)
