Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate, we can not consecrate, we can not hallow this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us—that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion—that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain—that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom—and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

Membership Requirements

The K^S Trial Period for recruitment:


If a player expresses interest in joining the guild, please post their name here and on our Facebook group page the day they express that interest. This will begin their trial period.

Then, in a period no shorter than seven days the player may be added if the following criteria has been met:

1.The player has met a substantial number of active players within the guild.

2. No guild members object to the candidate.

3. The player has interacted with the guild on any level mentioned below no less than four days of the above seven days. If seven days is reached and that player has only spent two days doing a guild activity, they can not be added until four days of actual activity have been attained.This does not include chatting at Luna bank. Meetings, hunts, events, spawns or any activities with a sizable portion of the guild in attendances will count.

Example 1:
A player expresses interest in joining K^S on October 1st. The emissary whom that player spoke to comes here and posts the beginning date of the trial process (Oct 1st). The player then spends only one evening of the seven days interacting with the guild. That player must complete three more days before they can be added. In this case if the player participates on Oct 8th, 9th and 10th, they can be added at the conclusion of activities on the 10th thus making their trial period 10 days in length.

Example 2: The player expresses interest on Oct 1st and participates on Oct 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, they must still wait the three additional days for the time to add up to the minimum seven days. This will allow him to be added on Oct 7th.

Players that are in other guilds will be considered for membership, but if their activity in other guilds is deterring to heavily from their commitment to K^S, then a discussion will be had about their goals, intentions and possible conflict of interest if it applies.

In the event that an objection is voiced, we will discuss as a group the objections and/or concerns of the member submitting the objection. Any member has the right to object.

If an emissary feels there is a circumstance in which the player should be added sooner than the trial period has been completed, the reasons must be addressed in a discussion with the emissaries and the GM. Only with the approval of all emissaries and the GM will the player be added sooner than the seven day minimum/four day actual activity participation periods. This will be an extremely rare occasion.
