    Is it copper with no powerful? or Shadow with powerful. "oh my I've gone cross-eyed"

    I dont use reforging much so hopefully someone will be a long with the answer.

    It's 225 intensity. So the best way to reforge its is to use high end runic. In this case you get much more mods on the item then you could imbue on a clean one.

    Either will work, personally I'd go for Shadow/Powerful.
