    i understood that "see ya!" means "let us see again".
    it was not "see you".

    I would have thought that "see ya!" was a contraction of "See you later!".

    Of course, "See you later", is obviously a contraction of: If nothing unexpected occurs in the near future, I will plan to "see you later", at some indeterminate time fairly soon.

    Also, "See you later" is often further contracted to "cya" or simply, "later".

    but, i guess that it was not "see ya!", it was "see yah!", or someting like that.

    in china, there is a interjection that sounds "yah" or "ya", i guess it was that.

    it is a interjection that means softening.
