    A Royal Edict, from the direct hand of King Blackthorn

    Whereas the elections for the Governorships of the cities recently have concluded;

    and whereas the Council, to consist of elected and (in some cases) appointed Governors and existing to advise and assist the King must now begin to constitute itself;

    therefore, be it required that all recently-elected Governors contact the King at their earliest convenience contact the King at the address [email protected].
