Yesterday on Europa a collapsing house went Idoc at 4pm. According to the information supplied (which we all know does not work correctly) this should therefore fall at 9pm - 2am - 7am (plus downtime). Went there at 9pm waited for around 35 minutes, nothing. Went again at 2am again waited for 35 minutes, nothing. Upon arriving at 7am just a large empty space, it is gone, nothing there at all. Was it empty?, did the contents decay?, who knows. And this is the delightful situation we are left in, A new system installed 15 days ago which does not work as we were told it would (and that fact was immediately made known) and since then NOTHING!. No acknowledgement that they are even aware of the problem let alone any indication of when, or if, it will be resolved. So they happily let customers continue wasting hours of their time while providing no information at all and I consider that inconsiderate and unnecessary. In terms of customer relations it is a pathetic example of incompetence by those concerned and they should hang their heads in shame. I have written before about this complete lack of communication and after wasting my time again, to say I am annoyed would be to put it mildly. Perhaps someone should come down from the Ivory Tower and live in the real world for a while, where wasting time is a royal pain in the butt.
