Ok I've searched UO quests forums, the entire Stratics archive, Stratics and UOGuide. I cannot find any definitive information on this hammer.

I remember when the Virtue quests came out and I have several of these hammers. It was once believed that this item allowed any non-smith to repair with no skill. This seems to have been debunked as actually JoaT is allowing the repairs not this hammer.

What the heck does this thing do? It's blessed. It has ten uses. It appears to do absolutely nothing.

I think I remember seeing that it worked like a ASH +10 or +30 cant remember which my son has one when he gets home tonight Ill try it out but I think it gives you plus 30 so if you had 0 smithing(20 for joat) with it you would have a total of 30 or something like that

Absolutely nothing as far as I know. It's simply a named smith's hammer from whichever quest it was. I'd say it's simply a decoration piece, unless there's some sort of hidden easter egg to do with it.
