    Sorry but "pre-patch" generally refers to things before Publish 16 and since greater dragons were introduced well after that publish then I don't believe it can be called a "pre-patch".

    As I understand it, "pre-patch" is contextual.
    Usually it refers to being before a significant bug that nerfed it, making them more desirable.
    I think in the case of the dragon, it is that it has over 1000 HP, whereas nowadays they have a HP cap of 1000.
