Aleksandre Biggering, a man wanted by the King for various crimes, including, but not limited to, the capture and breeding of the protected White Hind, was spotted at the Marsh Hall in Vesper last evening. He claimed to be seeking to purchase rare animals to perform in a circus.

Being known as a wanted man, several members of the Emerald Trading Company who were spending the evening at the Marsh Hall confronted Biggering, and a chase ensued. At some point during this chase, the wanted Aleksandre Biggering somehow managed to lose his pants.

He was finally trapped within the Marsh Hall, and surrendered on the condition that he be taken to Yew's prison. His captors, agreeing to that condition, brought Biggering to the Yew prison. He was placed inside the prison cart outside until an official could be notified of his arrival.

As the group spoke to Governor SunWolf, Biggering attempted to assert his innocence, and downplay his crimes. It was decided that he would remain in the cart for the time being while the King was notified of his capture and imprisonment. Unfortunately, by the next morning, the slippery merchant had escaped the prison cart, and fled into the city. His exact whereabouts are currently unknown.
