Bonus Resist Distribution Sim

    Are you looking for that rare piece of crafted armor that has all 20 bonus points of resist stacked into just 3 resist types so you can max out the other 2 with imbues without losing your bonus resist? Do you wanna know how rare that is? Well I did, so I made an excel simulation for it.

    The other day I crafted plain leather arms that were 12/5/3/4/11 and wanted to know how rare it was to get a piece of armor where the sum of the lowest 3 bonus = 2, yea... its rare (about 1 in 8,000). This beauty turns into 90 total resist, medable with MR2 and LRC20... nice.

    Nice piece, since leather has a base energy resist of 3, that means 13 bonus points went into energy.

    I added Lowest4 to my sim to see how rare it was. (updated file in link)

    I ran 100,000 sims, got the lowest4 equal to 7 a total of 12 times. (Lowest4=7 is the same thing as Highest1=13)

    12 out of 100,000
    = 1 out of 8,333
    = 0.012%

    Very rare piece you got there. hehe =)
