[CA Europe Notice] Upcoming major change for the Combatarms and Maplestory Customer Service

    Dear Nexonians.

    For Maplestory and Combat Arms there will be a major change in the customer service process. We will close down our current system (EOI) included in the Nexon portal site on the 10th October, from this date on we will open new departments for Maplestory and Combat Arms in our current customer service system, called Smarter Track.

    The portal site of this system can be found under the address http://support.nexoneu.com/

    With the change of the customer service system and the close down of the EOI, all inquiries that were made in the EOI need to be created again in the new customer service system.

    You can still refer to cases handled in the EOI with the help of the EOI number, so no conversation is lost due the change of the customer service system.

    With this change of the system we will also expand our team for Combat Arms and Maplestory customer service to improve the capacity and quality.
