Not on about all the missing stuff, or the 'coming soon' material that never appears - this is far more fundamental since it affects the experience of potential new players, and therefore money.... so you'd hope it might get looked at and fixed.

Trying to get started, the likely customer sees the '14 Day trial' and the link that has takes them to - UOSAClassic 7 0 7 1.exe

But if only they know better, they would go to the 'Ultima Online Client Downloads' page, where they get directed to - UOClassic Setup

Similar applies to the Enhanced client- and it's just shoddy. Someone wanting to try the 'free trial' gets to spend as long again patching an outdated client up to something playable as they do downloading it, but the newer version of the client is already on the site - just someone 'forgot' to keep it all organised and up to date, as usual....

Stop and think a moment. Who are you speaking about? Do they have the staff to devote to proper web maintenance or the game? <shrug>

BioWare has a big web development team, and they do work other than on Star Wars - look at DarkAgeofCamelot.com - they finally ditched the CamelotHerald.com website, moved back to DarkAgeofCamelot.com, and moved DarkAgeofCamelot.com over to Drupal, which runs UOHerald.com and SWTOR.com. I would like to see them take a crack at moving UOHerald.com back to UO.com and upgrading the style/look, even if it resembled DarkAgeOfCamelot.com. With the DAOC stuff, you can actually find screenshots and gameplay videos.
