cant pay?

    Is there something wrong with the acct mngmt page? I have a new card, and it keeps stating error, go back to homepage? Been trying to get reactivated for a week

    I had the same problem for weeks. I finally broke down and emailed Mesanna and she fixed it for me! Worth a shot when all else fails. Good luck!

    Same here, had to mail Mesanna and she fixed it for me.

    I had same problem with second account. Running through the payment procedure from a machine in Argentina worked, but from Netherlands and Germany I got the unknown error too. Creditcard is registered in NL strangely enough.
