Character transfers down?

    Hi all,

    I've been trying since Friday evening to transfer a character to Atlantic using a veteran reward shield token. (It is now Sunday. She is currently on Izumo). I am receiving the message, "The selected destination shard is unavailable." The shard itself is up for regular logins/play.

    Are character transfers down? Does anybody know how long Atlantic will be unavailable for transfer?

    Izumo has publish 82. Atlantic does not.
    You will have to wait until tomorrow to transfer when the rest of the shards get publish 82.
