    If you want to open it without picking the lock,just put it on a vendor and open.

    I always turn them in. The one I opened a couple years ago didn't have anything worth keeping. Good luck with the hunt!

    Personally i open them, empty them, then sell them at Luna bank for 1mill each.
    They make nice containers in homes.
