What's the best way to get points? Hunt for items

What to hunt for things to turn in?

    Or use a crafter?

easy kill stuff, go kill trapdoor spiders.
the bottles of ictor are 200 pts each.
also the tattered remnants of an ancient scroll is also 200 pts, they drop pretty common on abyss monsters.

all treasure maps are worth points too.. so kill anything that drops treasure maps.

Well ya said ya just got back, so how long have you been gone ?

Are there any old holiday items in your chrs. banks ?

I mean how many gift boxes, fireworks wands, old anniv. bells, snowpeeps, etc. does one need ? :)

If ya have some of those still banked up on your chrs. divide em up turn in some ya don't want and keep a few for personal use and your pts. will add up.

Some resources will count to add up points too, if you want to donate some of those into the collection bins, but ya don't get much for those.

If you had a crafter, ya may find if ya turn in some SA higher end tables ya made, turned in, you will get points too, but lower end lumber furnitures tossed into the trash barrels, and the trash barrels, may only say *burp* !! And no points.

There are a *few* vendor malls whom may also be selling some older holiday stuff FOR turnins at *gasp* relatively low prices, so others CAN turn in points if they not been in UO for a while.

Um do not BUY some of the goodies others have claimed if they asking a fortune for em...like zillions of gp for the bless deeds.

You can get one for FREE if ya really want one or more
if get enough points turned in ! :)

Anyhow good luck may you find ya have enough old stuffs in your chrs. banks TO turn in, to get ya something ya want.

Why did I not know this. I could have reached my goal of a single 100,000 points had I known. All those with a million or more points and all i want is a measly 100k

honestly. the best way is to farm gold to buy turn-in items, or just buy the items direct from vendors in luna for 1/4th their value in raw gold/points.

or bulk buy and trash resources. buy verite ingots, 1k is like 250-350k on most servers, turn in for 8500 pts. per 1k in deed form.

buy 'potted tree' or 'flowerpot' for sub 750k (as low as 250-400k on some servers ea.), turn in for 15000 pts. per

if you can find cheap crystallized essences (blue is best) to turn in on your server, they're usually sold at a good ratio too.

the above farming suggestions were good as well! use the uoguide.com point value guide its very helpful!
