    Hey all,

Way back when I used to play on GL. Since Atlantic has the greatest population, I'm starting back over here.

At this point, I'm looking for a guild to help me understand the game all over again. Would like to do some PvP later on, but at this point, working up my mining.

I'm not terribly interested in RP. Does anyone have some suggestions?

Look for Evil Lord DaNgel in game. I'll help you but never again on these forums.

Welcome to Atlantic. There are many players here that are nice and willing to help out a returning player!

As for finding a guild... I recommend that you start by deciding on your long-term play-style... if you think PVP is a goal, then I'd start with a mild-pvp guild to learn the ropes...

I see a lot of people that ask for a guild to join, get in, then realize that they still have no real friends there and that inside the guild are smaller "click-ish" subgroups that they never really become a part of.

Rather than seek a guild... I'd seek friends! Once you make the friends, the guild soon follows and you become a real part of the guild faster.

You might also want to try "We Die a Lot". This guild is set-up to help new and returning players lean their way around the modern UO - and then helps to place you in a guild that fits your play-style. Overall, they seem to be a great group.

Welcome back and be sure to say "Hi" if you see me in game.

    Safe Journeys!
