I hadn't quite understood what was broken with conflag's as I hadn't used any in a few weeks till last night. Every time I threw one it would light a fire except for the spot where a person was, rather funny I say. So as long as the person doesn't move your fine? Really? What's next earthquake will cast but anything in it's area will avoid damage? How does this crap pass the dev stage and how on earth does it not get reverted?
Well then it's broken again because my cursor is no where near the enemy...usually 5 paces north of him...

Nah, i'l just be like everyone else and pick the gimpest template known to man...since the Devs aren't worried about fixing the "other" skills in the game...tracking has been broken for how long? Years i think...

Developers only really worry if too many players leave because of systems.
I would not hold my breath for a full fix of it, but maybe you are lucky
tracking worked fine until HS. HS ship tracking is what broke normal tracking i think. But they will now test actual changes to hiding instead of looking at tracking again. (pub 69 possible change of making hiders/invisers have to wait longer to rehide after a detecthidden use and reveal)
