It is with great pride as News Administrators that we share the following presentation to the talented reporting staff on Origin with Crystal Canyon and Falseprophet. This was done in conjunction with the "Let Freedom Ring" Opening Ceremonies.

We also thank Origin's Event Moderators, Infinity and Faine, for offering fun events and activities to the community. They are both true gems with sparkly smiles.

Good afternoon citizens and welcome to the opening ceremony of the "Let Freedom Ring" Festival.

Today we come together in laughter and friendship to celebrate the freedoms we all enjoy.
We are blessed to live in lands that allow us the freedom to pursue whatever profession we desire, be it blacksmith, healer, warrior, cook or mage.

We also enjoy the freedom to make our lands our own, to speak our minds, even if we disagree with each other, to gather together with others to form our own towns and neighborhoods.

Another freedom we are blessed to enjoy is a true freedom of the press.

We can rest easy knowing that our news is reported free of any government censorship or bias. We are fortunate to have three wonderful, talented reporters that help keep us informed of all the news in our lands.

Today, as we celebrate freedom, I'd like to take this opportunity to recognize those three reporters and the contributions they make to our enduring freedom.

In recognition of your contributions and dedicated efforts, let it be known forevermore that you have the thanks of a grateful land.

Let us have a round of applause for our reporters. Thank you so much for all you do for our lands.
