This evening (6. july) Nathan had gathered us for a meeting. He had the most disturbing news to tell: This thursday (9. july, 20.00 GMT, I think) Luna will be attacked! (Bank sitters be warned!) Barely had Nathan told us this disturbing news before he disappeared before our very eyes and Hannah appeared in his seat! I will leave it to the learned mages of the Lycaeum to explain the mystical changes in the ether, which may lead to such puzzling sights. Together with Hannah we travelled to Skara Brae in order to investigate the dead and poisoned fish, which have been washed ashore lately. We found that several kegs with poison had been dropped along the sea shore . In one of the kegs we even found a note. It was addressed to (one-eyed) Pete. It was a delivery note on the poison and it told Pete to go to 59o 40S 61o 10W. We launched a ship into the water and quickly sailed towards the coordinates given in the note. As we approached the coordinates we were beset by pirates!. Ship after ship bloked out way and tried to board us. But by the power of the virtue of honor we kept a steadfast course through the onslaught. At the coordinates we found a sunken ship containing no clues we could find. We saw however, that the leader of the pirates tried to escape. We followed him and after a wild chase across the ocean we boarded his ship. But alas! One-Eyed Pete threw himself overboard and tried to swim ashore through the treatrous undercurrents near Skara Brae. We tried to pull him out of the water, but he was soon out of sight. Did he drown? We were not sure. If he drowned, then he has my pity. As an old fisherman I pity those who drown, whether they be friend or foe. Drowning is a cruel fate... We sailed the stolen ship to the shores of Skara Brae. That way they can return to their rightful owners. After all, pirates do not buy their boats, they steal them. After things had settled down I returned to Skara Brae in order to clean the water of the poison kegs. Alexander Wylde, a knight from Trinsic, joined me and proved a most valuable help. Working together we managed to fish up all the kegs, which still held poison. We also visited the ship wreck again to seach for clues, but found none. Escorted by a ranger from Skara Brae we brought the kegs and the poison to Trinsic. Perhaps the Trinsicians will be able to analyze the poison and thus learn more about where it came from and who delivered it to One-Eyed Pete.
