Is this related to a game itself?

Yes the Comics are related to the Game in the sense that the events of the Comics will tie into the game release. It is possible that we may see characters and events talked about in these comics appear in the game itself.

The same with the 'Threat of Peace' web comic which is Jedi orientated. A figure talked about in that comic, 'Grand Master Satelle Shan' has been added to the biographies section on SW:ToR so we'll definitely see her no doubt.

In a sense these Comics are what happened in the events leading up to and in some cases shortly after the treaty of Coruscant giving a little back story as to whats been happening and what might be coming.

This comic is the second web comic released by Bioware and published by Darkhorse and its also written by one of the games designers, Alexander Freed so I'd put my money on that we'll see a few figures and events from the Comics seen in-game.
