I'm still learning all the initials for stuff but can someone tell me what this refers to?

Also is there a link to all the abbreviated terms used in the game anywhere?

RBC - in what context was it used or encountered? Not sure on this one.

Try this link for item properties as thats the biggest area where abbreviations are likely. While it doesn't give the abbreviations ou can pretty much take the first letter of each word as the abbreviation. Example: Hit Chance Increase = HCI; Damage Increase = DI.
