How goes housing?

As a lifetime subber, I have been hoping that changes would take place to the way housing is treated that would set us apart from the F2P people. For instance, I'd love to not have weekly upkeep! And I'd love to see the hook system tossed out completely for all property owners. Anyhow, I haven't been playing at all for the last few months and was wondering if, in my absence, any positive housing changes may have occured?

    Thanks for any updates!

No changes, since F2P hit, other than a few new items to stick in your house/lawn. But I don't really expect them to do major changes to the system in the future either.
