When a house is condemed its
    Slightly worn
    Somewhat worn
    Fairly worn
    Greatly worn
    IDOC In danger of collapsing

Ive seen some houses sit at fairly for 2 days. When it reaches IDOC its usually around 7 hours.

after it's empty if you don't want to sell it or can't remember to tear it down and get some of your money back instead of losing it to an IDOC
