I have placed Faction Reagent Vendors

    Currently in the fel moonglow bank.

    I will also be placing them in Minoc later (assuming there are none there).

    Anyone who wants at em should do so quickly as I won't be fighting for any sigils next round since I've got my horse.

    All vendors start at 20. They only raise their quantity when they get bought out of an item. Then the quantity doubles.
