    But, I was trying to decrease the 8 seconds for bandages by increasing dexterity. Are the two still linked, from 45 to 75 showing no difference, though I seem to parry better?

    Thank you both. Now at 84 dexterity I am seeing a reduction of healing timer and a parry success much more often.

    The healing timer is reduced by one second for every 20 dexterity. It's capped at a minimum 4 secs though.

    100 dexterity = healing time 6 secs
    120 dex = 5 secs
    140 dex = 4 secs

    edit: 200 dexterity was freaking awesome.
