I was watching "The Hobbit" just now and I have an idea for a wizards staff

I think it would be nice to see a graphic option to the spellbook when it comes to slayers. I am a fan of art that depicts wizards and such wielding a powerful staff instead of a book. I know I can create and imbue a q-staff with fc/fcr and the like, but what is lacking is the ability to have a slayer on the staff that gives a damage buff to spells as slayer books do. That is something I would like to see added to content is a future patch. So what do you think? Good idea? Bad Idea?
