Actually throwing is tied to boomerangs, but this idea do not involve special weapons! The idea is to use throwing actively to throw items against the enemy. The skill should be raised by throwing items against a target (obviously the gargoyles still have the chance to raise it with boomerangs...). Hit chance: based on throwing skill. Weapons required: none. Speed: throwing an item should have a cooldown of 3 seconds. Damage: vary based on the list below, the bonus to the damage is the same of every skill (tactics, anatomy, DI items, etc...) with the same rules and caps. Item that you can throw and required skill (the skill must be real): BASIC ATTACK (0 Skill) You should be able to target the enemy directly, in this manner the character will throw a little rock. Damage: min: 1; max: 5 Range: 12 tile Special effects: none THROW ITEMS - NOT WEAPONS (30 Skill) You need to target an item then the enemy. Limited to items with weight up to 30 stones. Damage: min: (item weight)/2; max: (item weight) Range: (30 - (item weight)) / 2.5 Special effects: 50% chance the item is destroyed on hit, if is not destroyed will fall to the ground. USE WEAPONS IMPROPERLY (70 Skill) You must target a weapon (any kind) then the enemy. Damage: weapon basic damage Range: 8 tile Special effects: based on the selected weapon skill - Fencing weapon: 5% chance of ignore armor. - Swordsmanship: 5% chance of crushing blow. - Mace Fighting: 5% chance of stun. - Throwing: due to your improper use there is only 5% chance to return back to the thrower. If the weapon hit the target, there is 10% chance of destroy. If is not destroyed will go into the target's backpack. USE MAGIC IMPROPERLY (100 Skill & >20 Inscription) You must target a spell scroll then the target. The target must stay in range for 2 seconds before the item is thrown (time used to roll the scroll around a rock). Damage: unknow. Range: 10 tile Special effects: when the target is hit by this rock rolled into a spell scroll there are 3 possible effect: - 50%: the rock explode and does a fire area damage equal to inscription / 5 - 30%: the spell used to roll the rock is triggered and the target will take the spell effect (if you use an invisibility scroll the target became invisible, if you use a flamestrike scroll the target get the basic spell damage). - 20%: nothing happen, the target takes the basic rock damage (1-5) and the scroll is destroyed. NOTE: inscription determines the chance to roll the scroll around the rock(chance = inscription), in case of failure you take some damage. USE POTIONS IMPROPERLY (100 Skill & >20 Alchemy or Poisoning) You must target a potion (poisoning is required instead of alchemy to use poisons) then the target. The target must stay in range for 2 seconds before the item is thrown (time used to pour the potion on the rock). Damage: unknow. Range: 10 tile Special effects: when the target is hit by this rock rolled covered by potion liquid, there are 2 possible effect: - 80%: the potion effect is applied to the target. - 20%: nothing happen, the target takes the basic rock damage (1-5) and the item is destroyed. NOTE: poisoning determines the success to apply the poison on the rock (same chance of poisoning weapons), in case of failure you'll be poisoned. Alchemy determines the success to apply the others potion to the rock (chance = alchemy), in case of failure you take some damage. HIDDEN STRIKE (120 Skill & >20 Hiding) If you throw something while hiding the hidden strike ability will be activated Special effects: The effect is the same of shadow strike. The re-hidding chance is: (Hiding - 10)%. This ability still under the hiding cooldown timer. So if you use this ability and then you use it again immediately you'll have no chance to hide.
