Go to the THB guildhouse in Trammel, at the Compassion Desert crossroads. There is a full set of LP training boxes on the roof, AND a box near the roof's teleporter, that has spare boxes in it, set to anyone, that people can take for their own use. Some of them are GM Tinker boxes, IIRC - just match the containing boxes' color (ones inside them are undyed) with the ones set up in the public LP area, to see which type they are.
