Is Zul'Aman too difficult?

At least one player seems to think that Zul'Aman, the 10 man raid dungeon released in patch 2.3, is too difficult for characters that do not have access to 25-man gear (namely Gruul's Lair, Magtheredon, Serpentshrine Cavern and The Eye). Blizzard CM commented on the topic and admits that while yes it is a difficult dungeon, it is doable, especially with the recently released badge gear.
Here's a snippet of what he said:
"Zul'Aman does have a fairly steep curve in
difficulty, but having only two 10-person dungeons makes it so having a
challenge like this in clearing it makes sense. This can also be seen
as an example of why having separate progression paths for 10 and 25
person dungeons in Wrath of the Lich King will likely work out better.

This dungeon can also be a pretty clear example of how Badge of
Justice gear that you gather from running Karazhan and Zul'Aman can
help get a group prepared to take things on."

The rest of his discussion is after the break.

Well reading this with Lich King coming out and the ability to level more shouldn't that change. As then you could be say level 75 and Raid...I can see at Level 70 how it could be difficult, but with a group and one that works well together, it should not be too bad. The dungeon guides from Brady Games do offer strategies, and they do work very well.
