Isnt it time for Mythic and EA to work together and provide some 'modern' customer service? I wanted to ring about a missing account earlier to rang up the EA Technical support line who promtply refused to discuss anything about UO as its (Quote) "Its a Mythic Title and nothing to do with EA" and them quickly told me that I should use the contact button on the Mythic website (Which then takes me back to EA.com) so I get put infront of this rather unhelpful interface demanding what I wanted.. so I enter Ultima Online Contact.. It comes up with nothing.. Mythic Contact... comes up with nothing then try contact, call, telephone, help and I wont say the last thing I put... Anyway while I could 'email' the last time I emailed Mythic about an issue (Like a missing account.. still missing btw) it took them like 8 weeks to answer and asked for information that the account dosnt have (Like secret word.. this account isnt even linked and is that old.). So I put it like this.. isnt it time Mythic either made it so EA Technical support can do their job or at lest have native phone numbers that can be linked though to the Mythic Technical Support so we can actually talk to a real live person. And no I dont earn enough to call the states otherwise I would. So yeah... how about some country native phone numbers so we can actually speak to a real life person rather than a unhelpful and annoying interface that dosnt even work!
