    Esteemed Commander,

I am happy to report that I can now walk unassisted. My health has improved and I am ready to re-take command at full capacity. Work has begun across the road on a new building for the Children of Darkness; the noise is maddening. Apparently it is their wish to move their merchant operations closer to the city, while renovating some of the buildings in Vamp’s Lair. Its a curious thing that vampires name their city so openly; I know others have mentioned it to me in passing. No one seems to truly believe that they are really vampires, most dismiss it as heresay and just see them as a bit eccentric. I find most to be friendly, yet distant. The trust is not yet there, and perhaps it may never be. However, my gratitude for their assistance with the new RBG Outpost here in Umbra is unwavering.

Drithen, a resident of Umbra, and I had an interesting conversation. He mentioned to me something about a hydra , goes by the name of Abscess. I think we may need to call on the brothers to help add background information about this creature, as it may pose a medium-risk threat to Umbra. Drithen is well travelled, but knows little of this beast. Apparently something very intersting can be made from the tail of the creature and he’s keen on collecting it.

May we dispatch our fold to retrieve information? I am sure our troops are more than ready for a little recon mission.
