I'm looking for advice in the one place that I think people actually listen to anyone. That being Stratics forums. I will try to make this as short as possible. My greatest hopes is that a forum moderater or heck, I may win the "forum lotto" and either Cal or Messana will see this post. Basically, I failed to see the update where I was told not to use the upgrade codes just yet. Had I seen that message I would not have used it. I purchased the Grand Bazaar Pack and plugged the code in right away. Well... I recieved the raised garden bed, and the chest of sending. But I went to place a vendor at the New Magincia plots and I saw a message telling me that I needed to upgrade to the Gothic and Rustic theme pack to use this option. Which is where I am today. So, basically, I used the code, because I didn't see the "warning" not to use it yet. I called EA phone support, and they told me I needed to contact an in-game GM to help me, they told me that the website was down and to wait 48 hours. Well... I waited and nothing. I sent an e-mail to EA and this was their response: Greetings, We are contacting you in regards to your GM petition number 7744700. DO NOT yet redeem your gametime codes. We are aware of issues pertaining to this and are working on a solution. At this time we cannot offer any estimated time for a fix and ask that you bear with us. However, if you feel that you have additional information please submit a bug report at Untitled Document. Please refer to the patch message or Mythic Entertainment | Ultima Online | Play the 14-Day Free Trial! for information regarding any future changes to UO. I saw other posts like this one: http://vboards.stratics.com/uhall/248930-you-offically-lost-customer.html and I'm not ready to walk away from Ultima Online yet. But I would like to ask the Stratics forums, what do you think I should I do now? My problem is I already used the codes. I did not see the warning in time. So, what should I do? Wait for a while longer...however long that may be? Or is there some priority cube I can be placed in? I've never had any real problems being a paying customer to Ultima Online. But it feels like I'm being ignored and being given the run-around. Please, what should I do?
