[Buying] Looking to buy a castle

    Greetings!

Very long in the tooth vet returning to the game and looking for a nice new home. Obviously, a castle would be perfect. Potential candidates should be:-

    1) In a spawn-free area. No swamps or jungles thanks.

    2) Not on Dagger Isle. The snow burns my eyes after a very short period in-game.

    3) Frontage should be relatively clear. Not too fussed about trees or bushes but no huge (butt-ugly) custom houses obscuring the front. Proximity to houses on west, east or north not a factor.

    4) Trammel preferred but will consider (Exceptional) Fel castles.

Note: I'm not interested in playing hardball or haggling. Make your offer, if I like it I'll buy, if I don't I won't. Simples! Further to that, I'm buying a castle, not your rares, the last three years of bods you collected and/or a mountain of random/assorted gubbins. Please don't use (unwanted) contents to inflate or justify a higher price! A nice, empty castle that meets the above criteria would be great.

Sorry if the above paragraph seems blunt or rude but I think its best to be honest about these things.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.
