I started out as dwarf and an elf. My first time in Bree & the Shire were magical. Nothing quite like running through those locals. On subsequent visits to Bree, the town seems too big.

I have at highest a lvl 20 or so dwarf minstrel on Nimrodel. But my RL friend plays Arkenstone so I'm stuck on a newer character.

My main complaint of the game is how generic everything seems. It doesn't breathe "Lord of the Rings" to me. The level requirement to reach the far-flung regions of Misty Mountains and other areas seems unfair.

you can go to most areas just by asking a kindly hunter to take you, your not restricted to most of the world west of the mines of moria, but as you go east the creatures get into higher levels
